titanium racks
Titanium racks are specialized tools used to hold and support workpieces during various metal finishing processes such as anodizing, electroplating, and coating. Titanium is an ideal material for these racks due to its excellent corrosion resistance, strength, and ability to withstand harsh chemical environments.

Aluminum racks are specialized tools used in the surface finishing processes of aluminum parts. These racks are designed to hold aluminum components securely during various finishing operations, such as anodizing, electroplating, and powder coating. The purpose of using racks is to ensure uniform exposure to the finishing processes, resulting in consistent and high-quality surface treatments.

Our anode baskets are built to the highest standards, and workmanship. TITAN is one of the largest stocking manufactures of anode baskets in the industry allowing fast turnarounds to service our customers needs.

TITAN supplies immersion coils in multiple configurations, sizes and material to meet the specific needs of your process. Grid Coils, Serpentine Coils, and U-Coils are available for your heat transfer requirements.
Welded Plate and Frame
Heat Exchangers
TITAN’s fully welded plate and frame units “Maximizers” are compact units that are designed to maximize heat transfer in a small foot print. “Maximizers” are provided in Titanium, SS 316 and Alloy C 276. The “Maximizer” is suitable to cover a wide range of applications, and can handle 25,000 – 500,000 BTU/hr.
